Order Processing Time

All orders are processed in the order they are received. Please allow 2–5 business days for order processing before your item ships. Processing times may vary during holidays, sales events, product launches, or periods of high order volume.

Many of our products are made, printed, or prepared specifically for each customer, so processing time is separate from shipping time.

Shipping Time

Once your order has been processed and shipped, estimated delivery times are typically:

Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
Priority or Expedited Shipping: 2–4 business days, when available

Delivery times are estimates and may vary based on the shipping carrier, destination, weather delays, holidays, or other circumstances outside of our control.

Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your order total, package weight, delivery location, and selected shipping method.

Any available free shipping promotions will be displayed at checkout or announced through official 904 Culture™ promotional channels.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. Please allow up to 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear after the carrier receives the package.

If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered but you have not received it, please check with your local carrier, neighbors, household members, leasing office, or building mailroom before contacting us.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout. Please review your shipping details carefully before placing your order.

904 Culture™ is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer. If you notice an error in your shipping address, please contact us immediately. We will do our best to update the address before the order ships, but changes cannot be guaranteed once processing has begun.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Once an order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, 904 Culture™ is not responsible for lost, stolen, delayed, or misdelivered packages.

If your package is lost or delayed, please contact the shipping carrier directly using your tracking number. We will assist where possible, but the carrier is responsible for final delivery once the package is in transit.

Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 3 business days of delivery. Include your order number, photos of the damaged packaging, and photos of the damaged item.

We will review the issue and determine the best resolution based on the condition of the product and the details provided.

Custom, Print-on-Demand, and Made-to-Order Items

Some 904 Culture™ products may be custom printed, made-to-order, or produced specifically for each customer. Because these items are created after purchase, production and shipping timelines may vary.

Custom or made-to-order items cannot be rushed unless expedited production is specifically offered at checkout.

Local Delivery or Pickup

If local delivery or pickup is available, the option will appear at checkout or be announced through official 904 Culture™ communication channels. Local pickup orders must be collected within the timeframe provided after notification.

International Shipping

At this time, international shipping availability may vary. If international shipping is offered, customers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, taxes, or import charges required by their country.

904 Culture™ is not responsible for customs delays or additional international delivery fees.
